Cathryn started collecting this series in 2015, and asked if I could create a diorama, with the Royalists winning.
Just a few photos of diorama in progress.

Wow, I thought I had a reasonably amount of figures, but this wins. Someone really likes artillery. This must be the first major battle which was at Edgehill where the Royalist's this time had a win. Love this series due to it's colour and the ability to display lines of troops foot and mounted. Agree some downed figures are needed. Looking forward to seeing more of your layouts.:salute::, Robin.

Originally Cathryn was going to have 50 soldiers for each side, that has now blown out to 159 soldiers, 11 cavalry and 13 cannons.
Would like to see some charging Royalist cavalry in the near future.

I'm experiences extreme number envy for a collection I've just started on.

Fantastic work and very very well presented

The pikemen look SO good 'en-masse'

thanks for sharing this with us,

John
