Hey guys (and gals),

I just saw a commercial from Precision Diecast for this item:

https://www.militaryflatbed.com/flare/next

The flatbed also comes with a jeep. The two pieces together are likely less than 20 bucks shipped - though they say "over $60 value" - what ever. But for the price, it looks like a good deal.

And, the scale is 1:32.

Just a heads up!

Hi Gideon

Please I have this model, brought it about one year ago for £ 16.00 from Steve Weston UK. I think it is a great model, and worth the money. Fits nicely among my 21st Century, New Ray, Dinky & Britains models.

Yes it does fit nicely - thanks for posting that photo. So the sub-$20 bucks is a good deal in deed.

A good site for vehicles is www.MotorMuseumMint.co.uk who have many civilian trucks and cars in 1/32nd scale, ideal for dioramas. There are a few military vehicles as well including some from the 1920s. A lot of the cars are 1930s vintage which make them very useful for WW 2 scenes. I believe there is a similar website in America which has more WW2 military but cannot remember the address off hand.
