This is my first time attending the Chicago Show after almost 20 years of collecting toy soldiers — it’s also the first time since the pandemic that I have had the opportunity to do some toy soldier socializing. I figured I would start a thread to see who is coming to the show and maybe plan some get-togethers or excursions.

I haven’t been as active here as I used to be, so for those who don’t know me, I’m from Western Massachusetts and currently work as a teacher while studying history in graduate school and serving as an officer in the National Guard.

Hope to see some old and new faces!

Aron, Tom and myself will be there on Wednesday, which is primarily an unload and set up day for us, but once we open up on Thursday, stop in and introduce yourself!

Shaping up to be a busy show as we are finishing packing up today and tomorrow around here.
