I was transferring my collection into some new bookcases this past weekend and couldn't help but admire a set that had simply been 'lying about' all this time. I really miss HB.

Great dio and, you are right they produced some great stuff. I know its a personal comment but, I just think they were the best producers the hobby has seen

Thanks much Mitch and I agree, HB had clearly climbed 'a step above' other makers at the time. My only regret is that I didn't collect a few more HB items beyond the Winter Panther, this set and the winter horse-drawn mess team.

Mike,

An Honour Bound collection has been up for sale on eBay today. I have been buying up the winter sets I didn’t have, and just grabbed this winter field kitchen and chow line set. I recently got the horse drawn version as a gift from good friend Kevin Elliott and look forward to displaying this set alongside it. I’ll post some photos of all my new winter stuff upon receipt.
