A group of Rogers Rangersand aBritish Regular prepare a meager breakfast on Christmas morning in Dunbarton, New Hampshire during the French & Indian War.
They say the winters were brutal back then, more so than now.It was at the end of what they call The Little Ice Age which occurred between the 13th century and the 19th.

Very nice ... and cold looking display .... or maybe I'm just cold with all the snow we got yesterday.
Sorta' looks like a scene out my back window ... well sans the Roger Ranger troops ..
Thank you all for your comments Very much appreciated!!!
We had 2 feet of Snow Tuesday in New Hampshire so I guess my scene did a good job forecasting our weather.^&grin
