My wife and I were thrilled to welcome our "L-T" back from Afghanistan to Ft. Drum on 12/10. There's an HB set under the tree for him when he joins us for Christmas next week in CO.
Best Christmas gift we could have hoped for this year...a bunch more troops to pray for headed over there next year...

Mike that is wonderful news and truly the greatest gift of all. I take it your son is in the 10th Mntn Division. We lived in Syracuse for 30 years and so are quite familiar with the achievements of the men and women of Fort Drum.

Thanks Randy, indeed he's with 10th Mtn. As you well know, the weather difference between Watertown and Syracuse is 'night and day' at least in the winter. Lets just say our son wishes the base was a lot closer to Syracuse (lol).
