Looking for a good book covering Churchill's Wartime leadership during WW2. Also an overall book on his bio. Thanks in advance.

The best one volume biography is Andrew Roberts’ Walking with Destiny. It’s not hagiographic and objective.

Another one that received good reviews although I’ve only read a bit of it is Erik Larson’s The Splendid and the Vile. It goes through the Blitz, not all of WW II.

Just finished Erik Larson’s The Splendid and the Vile mentioned by Brad and it's excellent for 1940. Chris
