Hi Gary,

Very cool photo display! I can see why you enjoy this theater of operations, wide and varried types of boats and guns in use. Must have been an Ordenance Officers nightmare keeping up with the demand for all the various shells for the guns.

This would be a fantastic subject for any of the manufactures to go with. I know HB makes a foam Civil War Mortar Barge and a Pier for it. But could you imagine someone doing any Ironclad :eek:

I built this 54mm Union Tinclad based on various riverboats that were converted to carry guns..Michael

This subject is covered by a company called Cottage Industries in 1/96 scale resin and some in 1/54mm and Verlinden with Civil War resin artillery.

I keep wanting to buy that barge but can't for the life of me figure out what I would do with it.:rolleyes:
 
i have a few ironclads for 1:35 scale figures, but for some reason or other i cannot post them,however i have managed to put them in one of my picture albums
 
Mortar Boat No. 10 just trying out this microsoft resizing program...seems to be working ! at last i can do something with a computer...
