Hi all, I posted this on our Facebook page and thought some of you might not have looked at it yet. This is a quick diorama I set up with some of the new Clash of Empires figures along with "The Raid No.1" 16017 from the Spring catalog.
There are thirteen new single figures and a three piece hand to hand set (pictured) in this collection.
More details soon.
All the best,
Ken

Very nice! Thanks for sharing. I am really tempted to start collecting this range, and I think these sets have pushed me over the edge.
Cheers,
Brendan

I like that new indian sculpt.I hope it isn't part of the 3 piece set,not interested in the soldiers. They look AWI not FIW.
Mark

Yes Mark, they are 1779 to 1793 for the Continental / 1st American Regiment figures. 1750s/1760s Europeans are coming soon.
Ken

I'm hooked on this range. Probably the best Indian figures on the market. I can't wait for that fence set. Maybe it will be here for the Gettysburg Symposium.

It should...I received the preproduction samples as resin and felt that they might not be durable enough, so the production will be in metal. The ones in the photographs are the second generation metal ones.
I am having fun working with Alan Ball on this range, so far he has sculpted all of the natives and I have sculpted all of the Europeans. As soon as I finish up some of the WWI and WWII items on my bench I will be sculpting a few more natives and militia for the range.
Ken

Glad to hear they will be metal. I wish ACW set 31222 was done in metal. The resin rail can not support the weight of the figure falling back. After the hole was drilled for the top brass sleeve for the pin there is hardly anything left to support the figure. I have had to repair mine twice so far.

How about some Black Watch Highlander Grenadiers from the FIW to oppose the native warriors. The Black Watch Highland Grenadier 1758 figure-10003 is a great figure.

The AWI range is one of my favorites and WB has done a great job.
As I have said in the past, however, there are significant holes in the line that serious AWI collectors need filled.
Hessians, American artillery, American riflemen in hunting shirts and mounted officers for both sides. Of course
there are many more additions to be made but the above would really help to complete many battle dioramas.

Thanks Ken for listening.

I would like to see more figures added to the 10th and the Royal Irish, as well as the mentioned above!

Britains has a AWI range. I thought this was suppose to have FIW figures.I haven't seen none except the indians.
Mark

I should also say that there were a couple of figures in the new photo of the 1st American regiment and Ken did say there will be figures for the 1750;s-60's.My apologies.

Hi all,
I want to remind collectors that the American Revolution range will be merged into Clash of Empires. All of the current American Revolution items will be retired in the future and replaced with new items in the Clash of Empires collection.
All the best,
Ken

Well the Summer catalog will be done and off to the printer this week. Here is another Butler's Ranger that will be offered got The Clash of Empires range.

Really enjoy seeing figures in their creation stage. Thanks for posting that work in progress pic.

Ken,
The new indian is simply outstanding. Reminds me of KC's early releases. Well done.
By the way will the new Butlers rangers be the same size as the old ones?
Best wishes,
Benjamin
P.S. What is going on with H&A?
