"Do I have to accept returns?
No, but you do have to specify a return policy. You may specify that you do not accept returns by setting your policy to “no returns accepted.” If you accept returns, you’re required to accept returns for any reason, including when buyers change their minds. "

Hope this clears up some confusion.

I'm afraid I don't understand your point: you can indicate that you accept returns or not.

Even though I indicate that I don't, if a customer is unhappy I will accept a return.

I stick by the policy, YOU BID YOU PAY. It is black and white. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. I will not be responsible because some idiot changes his/her mind, that's BS and ebay is ridiculous for putting that in there. Also, NOT responsible for ignorant folks who can't read.

Of course, if something is broken or I screwed up the listing, I will work with the person, that is no problem and if I am responsible, I am the first to admit it. BUT that is usually not what happens.

If you ever didn't think the world is full of idiots, just sell on ebay and they come out of the woodwork.

I list no returns accepted, but if there is an issue, contact me to work it out... Michael

I'm the same way. If there's an issue, I'll work with the buyer. I just find the all or nothing approach takes to be really stupid.

I think we are saying the same thing, I am also just pointing out the idiotic parts of the policy as well as the idiots who participate!!!!!!!

Hope your customers are not reading this :)

Honestly, I have had 1 or 2 this year, but in reality, 99.9999% Positive experience. It is that one rotten apple that gets your goat!

It is only fun to complain about the bad ones!!!:)
