I should apologize to all the people I misled to contact me about trading for their 1812's...

that one line in my ad was meant for a certain collector on here...I really am overloaded on them...it's just that I knew he was trading for FIW for his 1812's from his ad a while back...

I am building a large artillery battery...for a fictitious War of 1812 battle...

but John's releases of US and Brit artillery crews will take several more months before he is completed...so I have not been really inspired to start work on it again...it sits on my table and waits as I do...he has great plans to the artillery crews and the figures are soooooooo nice...but...it takes time...so I wait...

I'm still hoping for more figures for both sides...different poses...more dead figures...sergeants...British mounted...Indians...

I would really like another "dead set"...

so I wait...

Nicholas...those shrubs go really fast...

once you trim them to size...

1 shrub a minute at most...

poke a hole in the foam...

a dot of glue...

bunch 6-8 pieces...

cut the bottom of the stem group even...

poke it in the hole...

I swear...they go really fast...

it looks like a lot of work...but it isn't...

my 1812 JJD Royal Scots were sent to America fresh off from the Napoleonic Wars to quell the newly formed US Army...

and my K&C Coldstream might work for you...

but that's my favorite collection...

I'm not parting with them...
