Some of you may have stopped by my table at the recent East Coast Toy Soldier Show. I was selling off a large chunk of my collection at bargain prices - all traditional toy soldier sets by Tradition, Trophy, Steadfast, Imperial, et al.
I started the day with everything at $40/box, and dropped my prices as the day went on. I ended the day by selling a box of Steadfast Soldiers to Mike Myers for $5.
Basically, I am downsizing and simplifying my life so I can travel. And part of that means letting go of my toy soldier collection.
I'm looking for someone who will buy the entire collection and collect it in person by Saturday 11/18.
I estimate approximately 300 boxed sets of Tradition, Trophy, Steadfast, Imperial and other traditional makers. Everything is located in a clean,
climate controlled, indoor storage space in Manhattan (NYC). All sets are well cared for and in excellent condition.
My goal is to empty out my storage space this week, as I'll be traveling for Thanksgiving and most of December.
I'm looking for a single buyer to buy the entire collection as a lot. I can not ship, but everything should fit into a standard size SUV or minivan.
