Just letting all you fans of Combat, the 1960's TV series know that a brand new revised autographed[by the author] book "Combat", is available straight from the author on e-bay. The book, chronicles all 152 episodes, and is loaded with color and B&W photo's. I just received mine and it is fabulous 175 page book. I have waited for a few years for this book to come back into print, and it was worth the wait. The author Jo davidsmyer is selling a limited number of books via e-bay. They are not available anywhere else. For those interested, it is Item #350020060034. No Combat fan should be with out this great book. It is a perfect companion to the DVD set.

Thanks sw followed your info and have just received the book- US to UK in five days and the author personally signed it inside to boot.
And yeah! it's a fabulous read and just looking at the hundreds of photos you can immediately tell this series was not the normal 1960's television shows we were weaned on. Those pics could just as easily have come out of a film book of SPR.
Thanks again great piece of info! "Take the point"

I think the author had about 100 revised books printed up, and they will be gone before you know it. Very informative book, which qualifies as the bible of the Combat series. Sadly, Vic Morrow, Rick Jason and Dick Peabody have passed on.
