The other Diorama that I built for next weeks upcoming Texas Show to commemorate the Normandy Invasion 70 years ago.............

Much as it was seventy years ago, the best view is from the beach looking toward England. The water looks great!

YES, the view towards the water is the best. If you can find a picture of the 5000 Allied ships parked off shore as a back drop ..that would really be something. Nice!

I wish more students in the US were learning about this tragic/intense era...we so seem to be forgetting quickly :(.

Guy, There are a number of add on items that will still be included. Wire, Hedgehogs, debris, etc. Have to save something for the show .................... :wink2:
 
Where is the outrage from the rivet counters? How can that bunker be so beat up BEFORE the invasion!!! Historical accuracy people come on!!!

You may be surprised, but the 'rivet counters' have packed up shop, relocated and found suitable employment elsewhere :wink2:..... or have they?:tongue:
