They could be a little too low...

But I really don't know.

The 3 battle field JG items I have (machine gun nest, Atlantic wall pill box, and the ruined bunker trench set) are unmatched in the detail and durability. However, they are definitley on the small side. For instance, I can't even stand up a Frontline figure in the Atlantic wall pill box because the soldier's head hits the ceiling, and Frontline figures aren't that tall. Nonetheless, JG's creativity and quality is absolutely stellar- I don't think anyone could argue that. Just wanted to let you know to be careful what you buy because at least the JG stuff I have purchased is better suited for less than 60mm, IMHO. But I'm sure this isn't the case "across the board" of his offerings because he has made several base sets specifically designed for K & C figures. Did I confuse you enough ;):p?

Hope this helps a little-

I have buildings and fortifications from several manufacturers and the only ones that can go in the same display are the JG Miniatures and the BAR ruined buildings as they are both about 1:32. Most figures work with them, the K&C figures being a bit large for the buildings, including their own coloufully painted Normandy village facades. Those are 1:32 but don't go with the JG and BAR ruined buildings because of the paint job and being undamaged. The quality of the JG damaged buildings is very high.

The K&C Berlin tenament, Atlantic Wall bunker, desert village and other recent pieces are 1:30 scale as are the Figarti buildings and some styrafoam ones I have. They are very obviously larger than the 1:32 scale buildings and don't look good together at all.

But as I don't put all the buildings in the same display, that is not a problem.

As for the atlantic Wall bunker, you can make an elevated footing to put the bunker on and raise the effective ceiling height.
