Great diorama! Now all you need are some Yanks to send Johnny Reb packing. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,

I think Your dio is just great. Pictures are perfect. It is great to see some more ACW dios. Which is what I am interested in. What is small wonders, do they have a web site and were did You get them? Keep up the great work. Thanks for posting. "Mr Colt 45" {bravo}}

Thanks for all the comments. Really appreciated. I will post up more stuff next weekend. I live in Wellington during the week in a city centre apartment but move out to a weekend house in Greytown for a couple of days most weeks. Most of my photo's are on the laptop out at the house so I will be a weekend poster I am afraid. You beat me to the draw re the Conte figure but as for Small Wonders they make a lot of the WB scenic pieces. They are based in the UK (Midlands). They got rid of their website recently but they do some commission work. I have ACW Brandy Station diorama, Aztec temple, Saxon church, Roman fort and would hope to commission this year a Maori Pa (earthwork fort).

Best

Gary

A wonderful diorama. I keep seeing these civil war scenes and want to start collecting them. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Hi Gary,
Re your comment on getting a Maori earthwork commissioned, how would you populate
this with modern matte pieces ? .....as don't think there is anything out there which comes close
for Maoris , although a few Brits probably convertible from some selected victorian pieces
( Zulu war etc). Or would you go with a gloss range ?
Andrew
