I could be interested in another set if he is not. I have one box already. There are a few others from the Spartans I am still missing though, any others you might want to part with, like AG003?

Good find Wraith, he has 5 of them it seems. Odd that those did not show up in my Conte search. Some of his others did but several did not. I wonder what is up with that ebay search tool.

The search function seems to miss an awful lot of stuff in ebay shops, even when you use the facility correctly - no idea why.
I would double check that the sets they are selling are in fact AG010 sets, as the photo with the listing is displaying the AG009 'Killing Machine' set. Whats more confusing is that the AG010 figures have all got AG009 stamped on the bottom of the bases (well, mine have anyway!), so this could cause some confusion for sellers and buyers alike.

That sure does cause confusion and I would agree that you should check. I got my AG009 that way by mistake but the dealer was nice enough to give me a deal on it and send the correct, still misnumbered AG010.

I checked with this seller and he assures me they are AG010 and that the pic is wrong. I have bought from him and he is a pretty honest and knowlegeable seller, so I say these are "Come and Take Them" pieces in the auction.

Likewise, the seller is straight up and I've always had good service from them.
