I bought a large bag of Conte Tan GIs at the West Coaster.
I painted them Olive Drab with a good quality paint.
Also, I painted many other WW2 figures from other makers, including conversions, that same OD.
They all fit together exceptionally well.
That same painting process was done to the german figures in gray/green.
It could save you some money.

As much as I would like some more Conte GIs, I had to pass on that. Call me a cheapskate.
