No ones been posting lately so I think a good thread would be dreams of soldiers we dream that Conte Collectibles will make.

Mine are a WW2 medic with the tweezers trying to pull out a bullet out of a guy who's screaming his head off and a medic carrying a fellow on his back while being shot in the stomach at that instant.

So, generally looking at the lighter side of war then?;)

Have you got the metal US Airborne 'Saving Lives' piece? They're cheap enough now painted, but they're also available unpainted from Conte. Not too far off from the area you're looking at.

For me, some simple requests would be:
The BOSS figures in plastic
Plastic Persians
The recent (last few years) German and US Airborne releases in plastic
Oh, and a whole shed load of the buildings and terrain pieces that Conte does so well

If I were to wish for anything totally new, it would be for plastic FJs and for any figures, plastic or metal from conflicts bewteen 1980 and today (in particular, Falklands, Somalia 1993, Iraq or Afghanistan). Not going to happen, I'm sure, but if it's a wish list....

Civil War rolling thunder artillery sets done in plastic with Union counterparts in their new changeable format like the Spartans. One can dream.

Thankyou I try my best!:D I would also love to see some blown up landing craft with some floating crewmen and G.I.'s and some G.I.'s standing in wait that could be used in the landing craft, like you could cram into the body of the craft. I would also like to see G.I. flame thrower teams (like in saving private ryan) and belgian gates.

Vick:D:D:eek::cool::rolleyes::)

Sounds like you'd like the Plasticunderground guy getting gutted by a cannonball, he's shown on my avatar, he's really a confederate, but I had him converted to an Alamo Mexican.

Speaking of the Alamo, I still have hope Conte will finnish the Alamo, I could use a North Wall.

One of the beauties of the Conte GIs is that they can be converted fairly easily to new poses, etc. I have been doing conversions for forum member GK5717 for several years and the figures are fun to "fiddle" with.

Some older threads may have some photos in them.

Not to mention a G.I. carrying his arm like the beginning of Saving Private Ryan. Not thats good, but I would love to capture the hellish picture that took place on Omaha Beach.

I too am waiting for the Alamo. I keeping dreaming but my dream has not come true. I will keep waiting.

I don't think so, since the plastic spartans to only about 9 months to produce and kick all other plastics but! I started this thread and this thread is:

For Conte collectors to share dreams of what they would like Conte to produce,:D not what we know what they are going to produce.

This is NOT a Conte bashing thread if you're so inclined to start bashing Conte start your own thread.
