I made a crane out of styrene for the Sturmtiger and gave it a repaint.

Really nice. It is a shame the mfg. did not think to make this themselves...Michael

I think that there were problems with the factory in China and that NMA did not wanted to delay the release of the Sturm at the time.

But what is sure is that a crane is an essential part of the tank. Vey well done Alex.

Pierre.

I'd like that crane for my sturmie, maybe it would make a popular after market accessory.

Alex,

Are there any limits to your talent? I think not. Beautiful work! Thanks for showing us the pictures!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

Wow that's great. I've been thinking about making one for mine but had absolutely no idea where to start. Now I have an idea but no clue:rolleyes: Great work Alex. Is there any chance you made design plans?

Alex,

Why not make up the crane up like you did and then have it marketed through Treefrog?

Well i would certainly take one. That is excellant work Alex, well done indeed. It really finishes off the Sturm with a realistic touch.I have the Winter Sturm and have been considering the summer version too,so i would actually want two come to think of it.(I really hope NMA have something new on their table on the 31st.)

Well done Alex she looks great - maybe when we do Sturmtiger MK2 we will get a crane fitted!
I have just come back from a great trip to HK and china to see the latest samples and the good news is we will definitely have 1 maybe 2 new samples ready for the show. However I think the London June show is going to be the big event for us this year so please bear that in mind. There will be alot of developments going on within NMA so watch this space and the website for announcements in the near future.

Hi Blake,so do you invisage the model on display at the March show bieng on sale in June. And can you give us any broad idea at all if you will be making any allied vehicles in the near future? Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob
I envisage having new stuff for sale at the March show if all goes according to plan but you know sometimes plans just don't work out!
Allied vehicles - hmmmmm well the Firefly VC seems very in vogue at the moment but I could just be throwing you a red herring! Towards the last quarter of the year we will definitely have our first Allied releases out.
We will be having a little competition as well to win a free sample of our latest release so watch this space and the website for details!
Regards Blake

Thats good news.It would be good to see some more allied vehicles on the market as we are awash with German ones(not that i don't love them of course!).And as HB have announced Shermans on the way it will be good if NMA also did allied vehicles so as to give us the choice from the big four.(KC/HB/NMA/FIGARTI)As Andy has said he will not be making Montys Grant tank can i suggest this as a posible future release?.I'm sure there would be a demand for this vehicle as it often pops up on peoples wish lists. One final thought if i may, an M7 Priest would also be very welcome!

Rob

I have to agree a Priest would be good wouldn't it?! Especially as we could retail it at a very good price now with our new manufacturer. I have just been on the phone to China discussing a new production sample and fingers crossed it will also be at the March show as well - if it is you are going to love it because it's really high up there on everybodys wish list! Can't say anymore or I am a dead man but it's really got me buzzing!
Regards Blake
