I recently received my order for U.S. tank riders along with the Easy Eight from one of The Collectors Showcase vendors. Yet when the winter riders arrived, the bayonet was broken. I contacted Brian and he gave me an RA number with the promise that he could fix it. I'm not sure whether he fixed it or sent me a new one, but I am thrilled and wanted to share this with the forum. I have attached a couple photos as proof that this highly unusual service is second-to-none. CS stands behind its product and provides brilliant service if something goes wrong...even if the piece didn't come from him. Wow!

I have been collecting CS from the release of their first LAH figures and, have only had one issue which, was not even really a problem a small bit of paint missed in factory painting and Brian bent over backwards to assist.

Brian has gone out of his way both times I contacted him. If there is any problem, he will fix it. Period.:)
