Perhaps I was just unlucky, but as you see from my comparison photos the TCS one has a definite list to starboard where it has a joint gap issue plus a couple of other points.
Ramp is not hinged but a separate piece and if displaying closed has to be balanced on top of the hinges, which makes it glaringly obvious that it's a separate piece.
Turret is of a inferior flimsy light weight plastic which the weight of the .50 and shield once fitted makes it want to topple over.
The Plus side.
The ability to display the carrier with the ramp down and with the top hatch open, for me negates it's down sides as it really expands the possibilities.
A K&C one with the same virtues would of been great. But as Andy explained at the time. It would of made it a more expensive vehicle.
Thanks Steve, really allows me to keep my expectations in check for this version. For me it's all been about the ability to use the ramp and interior, so will focus on those aspects. Robin.

I look forward to seeing yours in many future dioramas Robin !
I've removed the decals on mine today. Not sure what if any call sign /vehicle name, I will give it and just painted on some more mud ( water soluble paint, glue and some sawdust ) as a temporary measure, until when if I ever do, assign it to US Army, Aussie or even ARVN depending on what if any permanent conversion I decide on.
