Just wanted to drop a line as K&C UK have been getting some stick of late due to influnces on their pricing that are out of their control. They offer a first class service and are interested in their customer base.

Im lucky that I have a large toy shop only a ten minute detour on the way back from the school run. It is a life saver when the wait for the parcel post man seems to long. So long as I don't want the most recent release I can get a quick fix.

When the new releases just tempt me too much then I deal direct and the service is always first class.

Regards all especially the gang at K&C

Although I've only ordered a few times, I couldn't agree more. Everybody at K & C UK is top notch from Mike to Sue to Tony to Dispatch Dave and everybody else who makes it happen for them. My hats are off to you guys.

Unrivalled service in my view. When I hear the horror stories of what happens to some packages in the post I think I must be imagining it.My parcels never fail to arrive the next day in perfect condition. On top of this they are all really nice people at K&C UK HQ and go that extra mile for the customer, can't recommend them highly enough. But there is one other thing that sets them apart and puts them amongst the giants of our hobby, they always put out those Mini Mars Bars at the London shows;)

I can chime in too. The Nevilles are first class all the way, Tony always goes the extra mile and he is a great guy too. Tony, I hope you make Chicago next year for a pint!

Tom

The Nevilles as a family are the paradigm of why this hobby is great. I hope they are represented at the Symposium this year.

K&C UK epitomises customer care, what they say is what they do.I consider myself fortunate to live near K&C UK HQ and my visits are always warmly received by mike and tony and their enthusiasm always shines through, there is a comfortabe air of friendliness coupled with a sense of professional business attention to detail and customer expectation and care.Mikes drive at the age of 167 is amazing but his strong coffee is to be avoided at all costs and never, ever talk about model trains, lol.Long may their drive and enthusiasm continue to inspire all who meet them. ken

Awesome I have my Hornby train from when I was a kid. May I suggest superquick as an option for buildings, made of card and easy to put together, very realistic as well. I may get round to setting up a small layout one day also. :D

I have seen Superquick only in 1:72 scale. Does it come in 1:30 or 1:32 scale?
