Hi,

My British D-Day/Normandy collection complete and ready for the diorama I am about to start building. It has taken me about 3-4 months to find all these retired pieces, greatly helped by members of this forum, in particular Steve from 'Little Tin Men' who had a whole bunch of them for sale...I just opened the big box he sent me and it was Christmas come early!

I am thinking the whole group trecking through ther Normandy bocage, maybe en route or after a battle. I know the vehicles/units I have there are a mix and it may not be historically accurate to have them all in the same scene, but I think it would make a great diorama showcasing Commonwealth forces a few days after D-Day. Maybe some mud tracks/roads, hedges, trees, that kind of thing.

Thanks, I was lucky and found every one of them 'mint in box' for some amazing prices. Ebay is good but this forum is a fantastic medium for trusted buying and selling.

Thanks! The Cromwell is great and fantastic features on the crews faces, you can almost tell what they are shouting into their radios!
