Visited the D Day Memorial this weekend in Bedford, VA. Fitting visit in the weeks after the anniversary of that momentous battle and the passing of Sgt Bob Slaughter who headed the effort to build the memorial to all who fought so courageously. Chris

That is an impressive memorial. Quite fitting that it is located in a town that sacrificed so many of her sons to the invasion. -- Al
