You'll need to upload the photo [use attachment icon] or link [use insert image icon] to a web site that has the photo - A link to your documents folder is not going to work.

This is a local path to the file. In other words a link to the picture saved on your computer. You need to post it on a web server for us to be able to view it. The IMG string should begin with http://. There are many hosting sites such as http://photobucket.com/. Another option is to directly attach (upload) the picture to this post. To do that use the paper clip button. There are limitations to size using that option though.
