I was thinking the same thing Wayne, but maybe it has something to do with the preparations for D'Day??^&confuse

'On the brink of defeat' in 1944 - absolutely not. The Dad's Army idea only works up to the victory in the Battle of Britain. Even so, this is the first I've heard of this. I hope it works out.

Due out on Fefruary 5th, have no big expectations, but will see just for Catherine Zeta-Jones. Robin.

Saw the trailer at the cinema, looks very funny. Looking forward to it's release late April. Already planning to buy the DVD, but have no intention of comparing the old movie or series, this can stand on it's own merit. Robin.

Understand poor ratings in UK & NZ, now not to be released in Australia !!! Will have to be satisfied with DVD release date June 13th. Not happy Jan. Robin.
