Hi all. I recently purchased a DAK Panzerjager and must say that it's a fine piece. The $ is a little higher than many of the older DAK vehicles but the figure and water cans add great details to the set. The paint job is superb with a nice amount of weathering. Only disappointment is that the turret does not turn. In any case, here's a few shots of the Panzerjager in action:

The actual vehicle had a fixed turret, with an armor shield surrounding the gun. Yes the crew had to pivot the tracks for traversing angles of the main gun. Great looking photos !!!

There actually was no turret. The turret was removed and replaced with a 5 sided or 7 sided fixed shield open at the rear and top. The gun had a limited traverse within the shield but that was only 15 degrees.

OK, The bottom line is there is no turret that traverses, hence making the model correct. W/O nice addition you have there !

That's a nice looking small AFV and the figure looks terrific. I passed on this one, but may have to see about getting one soon.

Thanks guys. Appreciate the comments and likes. Learned more about the Panzerjager's stationary gun as well.

W/O , I am glad during my time to in armored vehicles, to traverse a vehicles gun tube only required using an electrically power hand station ^&grin
These PanzerJagers are quite interesting vehicles !
