Do you mean you have painted over a perfectly good green tank!:confused::D:D:D

Alex, excellent paint job as per usual, looks much better than the original. :)

You're always one step ahead of me! I've got a Russian Panther sat on my shelf waiting to be whitewashed and returned to the Fatherland as well.

Fantastic job as usual Alex. I take it the skirts are scratch built?

And yes, it looks a lot better in white, than green. ;)

Cheers for the photos,
Simon

Thanks guys and yes the side skirts are scratchbuilt. I guess I should have called it knock out panther instead of damaged. :)

Absolutely spectacular, that is one lucky fellow who is going to get this one.....ME!!!!:D:D

Thank you Pat, I already have one of Alex's masters in the collection, the New Model Army Sturmtiger he did a while back! This Panther is going to be part of a diorama I am currently working on, the Battle of Schmidt/Kommersheidt in the Hurtgen Forest in Nov. 1944 Pics and vids will follow in the near future!

Great job guys! The penetrations look really good.

Is this a representation of a specific tank and unit? Is so can you share?

My Russian Panther has been liberated and will continue to serve the world wide proletariat in their struggle against Fascist invaders.
Great paint job there Alex as per usual.

I am planning on using this tank in a Hurtgen Forest dio, so this tank is going to be from the 116 Panzer Division.

I like it to. I have a couple more I would like to do as well. I have a question Alex. Was zimmerite paste done only on camouflaged only or was it also done in grey?

There could be a possibility but I've never seen zimmerit on grey tanks.
