A nice reproduction of oe of the most popular Marx playsets!
Includes Certificate of Authenticity (1995), 2 U.S. Flags (36 stars), 1 Mexican 1824 Flag, 8x10 movie still of Fess Parker as Davy Crockett, Story of DC and the Alamo,Davy Crockett character figure, tin litho fort, 9 plastic cannon 'bullets', 4 siege ladders, 36 Mexicans (light blue), 35 Texians (brown), 20 U.S. cavalry (light grey), 14 Indians (red), 14 horses (asorted colors), 2 'beeves', accessories.

This set is based on the final Episode of the Walt Disney TV series King of the Wild Frontier - hence the somewhat less than 'realistic' assortment of troops.
2 of the cavalry guys are scouts and could easily be Texians, the remainder could - with a creative paint job and some imagination - be turned into Mexican soldiers.
In the TV show, Davy does arrive at the Alamo with an Indian friend, so there's your excuse to use at least one of the brave Comanche warriors.....

The set is in basically new condition, has never been 'used', shipping with insurance likely to be around $ 20 within the U.S. , substantially more elsewhere, since there is no more surface shipping to overseas locations.
