I just saw on Andy's website that the Hellcat has been retired. Better get 'em while they're hot.

The DD39 GMC 'Jimmy' truck is still around. I'd imagine that the sets of more recent years, AK20 for example, because of their larger production runs, should remain affordable for longer. But you never know. (I might pick up another one for swaps, just in case. That could make it a self-fulfilling prophecy insofar as the announcement of immanent retirement actually boosts sales and hastens the end of liquidity in the market).

I have had the Hellcat for a while now, and it is a really nice piece. I would recommend it for anyone who likes U.S vehicles, and get one before they do dry up.

I agree that the M18 "Hellcat" is one of Andy's best US vehicles. The real thing was also a cool little beastie!
