Hi Larry, no problem. I am with you on this, and when I made my offer to him, he then came back with what he really wanted. And his reply was as if I had insulted him, I offered just a bit under half that price. I have seen that as the going price for the last few months. Maybe 175 USD tops.

By the way you are just a few towns away from me. I'm in Herndon off the Dulles Toll Road. Small world.
