I'll also add that being broke from TS is also a good thing, way better than being broke from grog (alcohol) or the cheech and chong stuff that you smoke!:wink2:^&grin

AND from all the info I have it seems that the musket is held in the crook of the LEFT arm NOT the right, well unless you are a Sergeant.

Yes and no. The position is 'secure arms', and is usually done with the left, but when you march for days or months, or even half an hour, you are often allowed to switch arms or positions. For example, I just conducted 5 hours of punishment tours for cadets, and every 15-20 min, we have them change positions.
