1. Not me.
2. Me.
3. That'll be me again.

If only pesky jobs n' stuff didn't get in the way of this spending habit of mine. :(

1. No
2. Yes
3. You bet your butt!

I just couldn't make it this year, but I'm already campaigning with my wife for a romantic trip to London in December, 2007!

I'm going.
I'll be the one running out just before the end to catch the last train home.:)

I'm really looking forward to it though.

While the show has greatly improved under the sponsorship of the Nevilles (K&C UK), Andy has always told me the London Shows are not worth a special trip from the U.S. (especially from San Francisco!). If you happen to be in London on the same weekend as a show, go to the show, otherwise ... Unlike Chicago, there is no room trading and the show is only one day (though there are now special receptions).:)

For me its worth the trip to see Mike, Sue and Tony Neville, as well as Kevin (Panda1gen) and the other forum members from Great Britain, Ireland and the continent (Fred and Thierry) who I would otherwise only see in Chicago or at the Symposium.

Yes
Yes
And Yes!

Really looking forward to this.I always go early and get to see the KC layout in its full glory. Its a great time to get to talk to Mike and Tony and this year Andy too.Am looking forward to the evening do although i don't think the new range will be WW2 so i might not collect. But i hope to put the British paras question to Andy and see what his thoughts are. Also looking forward to the new NMA tank and getting my first face to face look at HB.I was going to buy the DUKW amongst other things but i think my heart will lead me to the M10...and then my darling wife will probably lead me away from it!

Rob.

I've just realised i put one to many yes's in my reply, getting over excited again!

Guys

2006 is set to be a real smasher!! Now Stephen i appreciate that it may be a long way from SAN FRAN!! :) But we now are the largest show after Chicago in the world. 250 tables with over 150traders of all mix in the toysoldier world. This year on the direct new metal front we have Figarti (who now see it as an important part of their marketing) NMA, Britains, HB,frontline, St Petersburg to name a few. With one or two of these showing their latest stuff and also showing what is on for 2007. We have traders coming from China, USA, Russia, France, Belgium, Germany and of course us from Durham!!
We also had last December 1200 through the door on the day (on par with Chicago, I beleive)

Britains also hold their Global conference the night before.

Room trading as we all know is great (major part of what i love in Chicago) but it is not very British and at this moment;) intime we feel it would not work at the London show. Unlike Chicago show though it should be easier to convince lady's to come as we are only 5 mins from the shopping capital of Britain (good or bad!!)

Louis my daughter would be more than happy to baby sit for the show as she loves kids.

Not having a pop Stephen your view points are greatly respected on here:)

So set to be a good one. The Evening with K&C is up to 45 and we have all our goodies in place! not forgetting we have General Patton and his staff with the Jeep there this year as well well worth a look just for that.

We set off on Thursday next week, so if you want anything taken down from K&C you need to tell us now!

all the best and look forward to seeing you all there

Tony Neville

Hi Tony,

Do you think you will have the latest Bulge stuff at the show.?

cheers

Rob

Rob

Yes but not the SL and BBA17 as they came out in the factory today and missed our shipment from HK which also left today:( . We will have the others.

Tony

Not long to go now Rob then we will find out if our campaign worked.

What do you think? Will we have succeeded? :)

If you're talking about British Paratroopers  then I want to join this campaign:D ! If not:confused: I'll still probably want to join this campaign!:D

Sorry we wont have the BBA15 (SL) and BBA16 Scout car these are the ones that missed our shipment for the show by a couple fo hours!! We could not wait as a couple fo hours one end can mean a day the other end. Leaving on Thursday next week leaves it tight for a delivery on Monday let alone a delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. We will have them all in a week later.

9 days to go!! Anybody who is there on Friday night we are more than happy to meet in the hotel bar. If your a Treefrogger let you self beknown!
regards

Tony

Hi Tony,

No probs at all mate i can imagine how snowed under you are.And anyway i love getting a K&C SL in the mail!.Now i just have to decide what to buy on the day.I'm afraid i will probably be lingering around your tables for ages trying to make up my mind, will try not to clutter up your space for too long though!.

Do you think Andy will mind if i ask him the "Para" question,or do you think he might be fed up with hearing it now?!

Rob
