How about a matte series on the Northwest Frontier in India?
Also about a matte series on the 1948 Arab-Israeli war.

Ken Osen has hinted that dismounted Confederate cavalry and perhaps a Rebel Cavalry General or two is in pre production. He says he could not say any more. Unless Richard tells us then I'm sure we wait until winter or spring next year. But if that happens its a home run as dismounted Union Cavalry from K&C, Britains and First Legion is being rolled out this summer and its indicative of a red hot trend that just needs some balance on the grey side of the fence. We can politic, chide, extole and scream for this type release of about four to six troopers but until it happens I'll just wait for the Britain's dismounted Union set of six plus a guidon bearer and Buford to augment my collection. We then wait for the next move from Richard and Ken as the outcome of an early vs mid to late war depiction on the Rebel side plays a part in what Union rollout to purchase. I will say that the Britains dismounted Union Cavalry set for 2010 is the most versatile and can be used in anything from an 1862 to 1865 depiction format. Other eras go through the same waiting to match up their sets dilemna such as say WWII North Africa is different than Normandy or the Pacific. Same applies for Civil War and in my collecting forte cavalry. Thet's why I like advance notices that specify. No problem waiting for the next phase...still a way off but a sniff or two from Richard or Ken is most appreciated. For price and accuracy with quality I like Britains the best.

STILL WAITING FOR SOME INFO FROM THIS COMPANY?................Stryker

Hi Stryker:

We showed two USMC figures in our catalog late last year and shipped them a few months ago. At the moment there are no new USMC figures in 2010 catalog - but there are three more in development for later in the year/arly 2011. Not sure if this was what you were waiting for??

Thanks,

Richard

How about early WW1 French 75mm field guns? Or late WW1? Or WW1 German 210mm? Must have artillery for what was an artillery war. -- Al

Love the Marine Corps Guadacanal idea...I would love to see anything Marine Corps Pacific theatre related...just don't feel like there has ever been enough in terms of soldiers related to this area. So many hard corps devil dogs chomping at the bit to set up a beautiful diarama of WWII leathernecks.

I totally agree with you--the more the better.................Stryker
