On the 1/35 scale model displays there was a Battle of the Bulge diorama called "Lucky Strikes" which I found interesting. J

G.I.Joe has come a long way since I was a kid.Great pictures John.I just love Ken Osen's scenics.He and his family are true masters.

Man O man I missed the GI joe setup. Where was that at? I spent most of my time by the K&C products and I had to venture over to the childrens soldier painting for a good hour or so. By the time my kids were done painting I had two children with empty stomachs and I needed to get some purchases done in a hurry so I didn't get to see everything I wanted to.
 
The GI Joe table was by the front door where the Custer table and reenactors were. At least on Sat. that is where they were located.

Here are some 40mm figures sold by John Stengel of Marxmen. J This is a 40mm civil war. I think you paint the castings . Not sure if you can buy painted figures.
