Perhaps the seller made a mistake in the listing with the "Buy It Now" price.

The price may have been $169.50 and not $16.95.

This aution only lasted for 7 minutes, so you had to be surfing the K&C auctions to see it at just the right time. And I was wrong on the pricing. Started at $4.95 with a Buy It Now of $17.95 !!!!! And forgot to mention $5 for shipping !!!
