The new series airing on the History Channel "Hunting Hitler" sheds more info on how very possible it was for the Dictator to escape the oncoming Russian onslaught in May 45'.
With Argentina and Spain both having close ties with the Third Reich and recently declassified FBI reports listing Argentina as Hitlers final safe Haven, it would easily appear that he did in fact escape !
In book form a good read is "Hitler In Argentina" pointing out a huge trail of evidence along with many interesting photos.

Doubt it very much, Stalin did move the earth to get Hitler and there seems to be clear evidence Hitler shoot himself. If he did get away one can be sure that 'SMERSH' would have tracked him down in short order, Stalin just would not have allowed it.

I read that the dental imprint of the skull parts(still preserved today in some secret place in Moscow) correspond to the one of Hitler' s dentist scheme of teeths. Apart from this, Hitler would have never left Berlin like a mouse...Simply, that was opposite to his personality( he refused Speer advice to leave Berlin), and he would have never risked to be taken alive, he was terrified just about this thought. More, there are many witnesses who prove his suicide in the bunker.

Said this, some people say whatever...Some say that the man never was on the moon,some that the gas chambers were made by the americans or russians after ww2 and even that ww2 never took place....

Yes Indeed, Bottom Line........... "There is way much more evidence pointing to him escaping" than remaining in Berlin and committing suicide. The existing FBI files released are a bombshell,
while numerous witnesses saw him in Argentina and Spain as well. The next question to ask is if we knew he got away, why didn't we do something about it ? Remember how many German
scientists came over to work for the U.S. after the war.....hundreds of highly valued individuals to include Werner Von Braun, who helped the U.S. get to the Moon !

Indeed, if you have read anything about Stalin I believe you would come to the conclusion that if Hitler ever had escaped Berlin he would have been very promptly captured as Stalin would have bent his considerable will and the full resources of the Soviet Union to find him! and find him they would have. He shot himself in Berlin.

This kind of baseless, sensationalized "history" program is just another example (should any be needed) of the dumbing down of society. This is clearly a ratings driven effort like all the ghost, bigfoot, reality, and UFO nonsense that clutters up cable TV. Cheap programming that derives good ratings while promoting ignorance and paranoia. Most of this is harmless stupidity but an amazing number of people get what little information they know from such programs. The history channel should be ashamed. They have been at least honest enough to throw in the towel for H2 and start calling it the "Vice" network in '16 with fascinating program choices like:

While there may certainly be many areas in which there are legitimate alternative points of view I don't believe there is any real debate that Hitler died in Berlin. It would be like airing a show that suggests the world is flat. This is a ratings driven fantasy entertainment program disguised as history. In that respect, I think many who watch will actually be made dumber in that their prior ignorance of the historical facts regarding Hitler's death will be replaced with baseless conspiracy theories that are demonstrably false. I don't see much difference in such programs from that sci fi movie about the nazis escaping to the dark side of the moon except one is presented as fiction and the other as possible fact. Granted lots of folks will view this for what it is. Complete nonsense. But some will not. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter much, but the history channel should have some minimal standards or start calling itself something else.

Unfortunately, THC long ago abandoned the standards it had from its inception, with more and more sensationalism and "history-tainment" in the programming, and less and less quality programming. And for a while, the good content was aired via THC's subsidiary, The Military Channel, but even that, in its current incarnation as the American Heroes Channel, has been sliding into mediocre content.

Interesting--it just occurred to me that the History Channel's initials also stand for the active psychoactive component in marijuana.

Sad testament to our American media pandering to the lowest common denominator, and a seemingly intentional desire to keep it that. European TV has nearly always made better documentaries and historical programming in content and presentation. Accuracy could be argued here and there but otherwise that's been my observation.

Most irritating to me here, to the point of making many American material unwatchable is the constant flipping glimpses in camera style and an obsession with techno music. Contrast this with the European style of hardly if any music, superlative camera work and educated relaxed narration in between scenes.
