Bill,i have two Cats and its pretty difficult because they love to sit on anything and everything. The only way i can do it is simply not to let the cats into my office without me.I guess if you can't lock them out you could try spraying a little of that 'Pet Behave' type spray, but i'm not sure if it would have any affect on the materials and of course your dio would have quite a smell.I don't think they like silver/baking foil so you could try covering with that when you are not around.

I've also caught the little darlings chewing the end of gun barrels!.Always lock them out if possible Bill.

I have a room just for my Toy Soldiers and dioramas. And I keep it shut all the time, so there is no way my cats can get inside.

As you can see Bill, I have had absolutely no trouble keeping pets off my diorama/play table. Of course CJ (named after Calamity Jane) doesn't consider herself a pet.;)

She's very nimble and agile - she can walk through a formation of troops and never touch a one.
