Normandy building, Winter Panhard Armoured car, crew figures and sign posts for Malmedy!:D All look very nice, can't wait to see building up close.

Rob

Stand out is the french corner shop. Very nice and, the start of a set of buildings to make a french village. These could be weathered up really well for a winter scene unless winter versions are on their way.
Mitch

Yep, got to get me the Church now as I would love a full town dio typ thing. The snow Tiger looks just fantastic and can't wait for mine, and the 88 is alos growing on me. Anyone getting the Winter Panhard?. One of the two new signs would look very nice with that.

Rob

Rob..
I think the attraction of the Panhard will be its limited number. For me, its just too white but, each to their own. The winter tiger defenders are nice the better being the camo jacketed guy.

As you say, the village will be great and no bases which, is a great idea perhaps we can be told if a three dimensional church will come also as the already released version will look out of place with an entire village of 3D releases. The quality looks amazing and 30scale.

Light again on the retirements which, is good for everyone. And you also get some signs.

I was think of building a mass of ruins behind the Church facade to give it the depth and appearance of a totally destroyed building.

Rob

Awesome sets, the Australian Light Horse are on my list. Some of those poses look just excellent. I guess no Crusaders this dispatch, didnt Andy say November? The building also looks nice.

Rob...

That would work also but, hope we get a church for the village as its focal point.

Yes I thought so too. Beautiful figures once again and that building is superb, but sadly another month goes by with nothing for me in the SOHK, SOE or the long promised USN "opposition" :( :(

Just been looking at this new building and I think its a good idea not to have put it on a base, also trying to see if in the shell damaged area there is room for a sniper?. So many dio possibillities with this:cool:

The Flakgun 88mm seems to be a bit of a disappointment...especially with only one figure included......Very Bland with only one figure....One can only wonder what the "bottom line" will be to make this purchase as it should be made.....("Three add on sets to complete it":()

Rob...

From looking at the release pics it looks like a couple of figs could fit in there. My immediate thoughts were Caen and then winter it up for any Belgian town
Its the start of a great range which, IMO will be more popular than the desert village
Mitch

The new building is excellent. I wish K&C would post the dimensions of the piece so those of us with limited space can see how to fit it in.

If you look at the desert village and the number that came out I would say your going to need around 6 feet!!!!.

Seriously, the dimensions must be going to follow it is important for a piece like this and I would also be interested

I like the idea of creating a town centre and then being able to rotate figures and vehicles for display on it, I can see me buying rubble and street furniture aplenty!

Rob

As always I enjoy getting up and checking the newest dispatches .....I do like like all of King and Country,s toy soldiers old and new ....but unfortunately there is nothing for me again this month .......but again everything looks good !!!!!! you may not please everyone all of the time ......but you can please all of the people at one time or another !!!!!:D..have a good day....:D

Rob...

Sounds a great idea and, with the amount of diorama stuff available its available to everyone to create a great set up for figures and AFV's. I hope we see a building per month or bi monthly at worst. The old village was great but, a little small but, these are pukka 30th scale. TYhe mind boggles with what could be created
Mitch

Those new KC houses are fantastic. They are also quite expensive. As always in this hobby, choices have to be made. I have always opted for figures/vehicles over extras such as buildings, terrain, etc., because I prefer the TS themselves. The new KC buildings, @ $189, are basically, to me, another vehicle or 5-6 figures. I would love to have the buildings, but, I love the vehicles and figures more. Such is this hobby.:) -- Al

Right Mitch. I was thinking more like one or two buildings on a shelf and not an entire village centre. I alreadt have the K&C colourful Normandy Village facades and several war damaged facades from JG Miniatures and BAR, but they are really 1:32 scale. I do not yet have one of the war damaged facades from H&A but I expect he will have some soon.

I'm just wondering if my shelf will allow a 3-D building to fit in a display without taking up too much of the shelf.
