Very nice and an excellent study of a fine model. Like the way the pilot appears to be checking the sky for other aircraft. -- Al

Another winning photograph Duke . . . . very nicely done once again . . . .

Another great one Duke. John should put you on the payroll ^&cool

Great image, Duke.:salute:: Ernst Udet holds a special place in the galaxy of KotS stars in that he has not one, but three replicas devoted to his exploits. This offers the possibility that some other subjects will emerge for pilots previously covered, an Albatros for MvR, for instance, or an S.E.5a for Ball or Bishop.

You have certainly mastered the aerial shots Duke, right down to the spinning prop. Mine will just have to stay put on the carrier deck and watch yours soar above.^&grin, Robin.

Another beauty Duke! So when is the new career starting in special effects and the photography business! {sm3}^&grin Seriously though mate, bloody excellent work even with that editing software that you showed me during my visit.

Thanks Tom. I wish we had spent more time while you were here working on a diorama. Next time we'll do several mate.

:) Robin, yours look great on the deck mate. Love those carrier scenes.

Thanks Moe. I do hope that JJD does a MvR Albatros or another S.E.5a (I missed the first one).

Thanks Brad.

Thanks Al. The pilots figures you can get with these planes are nice. Many different ones from wounded to duelists, etc. Makes for some interesting scenarios.

You are really capturing the feeling of motion with these Duke. Prop spinning, wind in his hair coming in for a LO landing.^&grin. Robin.

Beauty of a shot. The Udet tripe is a truly striking paint job. -- Al

Thanks Al. The Udet Fokker DR.I is the only tripe I have so far and agree the paint job is very attractive. I may try and pick up some of the others at some point on the secondary market since they are all sold out or maybe John will make a new version soon.
