Scott - expensive, affordable, or inexpensive are just personal opinions.
That opinion depends on how much an individual has and more important how they decide to spend how much to have what they want to have. I know it’s a bit esoteric but the reality of economics, the study of the transfer of wealth (money), is that everything is worth nothing. It only has value if someone is willing to place a value on it and to give up his or her personal wealth to someone else in order to possess that something.
I have a very reasonable income. To me King & Country are affordable. To someone like Bill Gates, he could afford to buy the company and have all of the company’s talents used to make his own exclusive figures and vehicles for his own personal collection at prices far beyond what I would call affordable to me. He would call it affordable to him as he has so fricken much money and perhaps his value of things is different than my or yours. He and his wife establish foundations funded by themselves personally worth billions of dollars. His version of expensive is also very different than my or yours.
So tell your friend, King & Country is worth what it is worth no more and no less.
