I was just curious, has anyone played the Brothers in Arms video series. I have for a number of years now. The graphics are pretty well done. The lateset one is called Hellshighway. It is all about Market Garden, there are a whole series of great brick buildings. They have great shots of massive Windmills, Farmhouses and buildings you walk thru as you baattle Germans and destroy 88's. Shooting all the various weapons is a blast. I will be trying to make various street scenes in the near future. The company that put these out, say these buildings are all made from ariel photos from WWII. They have some great ideas for those who like to build things. I'm not posting this to start a BIA chat, I was just curious.:)

I have played the series and found it quite enjoyable. Once you start it, it becomes difficult to stop! I plan to buy a new X-Box and pick up some new games shortly......with moving into a new house, it may just be a thought for quite some time!

I too have greatly enjoyed this series over the years. The necessity of basic tactics make it fun, while not being overly burdensome on new players. Also, the depth of the story as it flows from one intallment to the next is great addition. At the end of Hell's Highway, when Baker is talking to Red, is probably the best game moment I have ever watched.

I've played them but still think MOH Airborne the best ,just love parachuting on the Berlin flak tower ^&cool

I like the combat realism and the close up head shots!!!! its more gritty than MOH which I like but, apart from Rising sun I really like MOH games. Agree the para drop and trying to get all the jump zones was great and those bloody germans with the MG42 were a nightmare to defeat

BIA should be getting their act together and releasing the ardenne offensive version its been way to long since the ending of the last hinted at where we went next!!!

Cheers for the link!!! Not quite sure what to make of it absolutely agree its a rip off for the IB movie. Will still get it but, don't think it looks as good as I hoped it would be following the troops through the war

Just watched the trailer. Not feeling it with this new game, for two reasons. One, it is an obvious ploy to capitalize on the Inglorious Bastards film. Secondly, what's the big guy wielding? Doesn't look like a WW2 weapon to me. Also, the branding thing is just dumb. For a franchise that has previously prided itself on realism, this is a silly move to make. I hope it works out for Gearbox, but I'm skipping this one.

Loved the games played all of them. Loved how every time a Tank showed up I was yelling OH Crap out loud. Dropping into Normandy in MOH was great but the characters development in BIA was better.

The new game seems to be going way off track, I agree Inglorius Bastards idea. I thought it was going to be Bastone, after Legget said I hope you like snow. I won't be buying the new one, I hope they lose alot of sales, and go back to what they were doing right. Not to crazy about driving around in a Tank either. I would rather ride them, jump off, and go Rambo. I hate to say this, but some times I want to shoot my own guys for their repetative warnings, and getting in my way. Other than the Bazooka team taking out MG's, the rest can't seem to hit the broad side of a Barn. I like trying to figure out how to win, took me about 30 tries to figure out that darn burning building. :)
