I was just having a look at the Black Watch band from the Museum Collection. Were the Black Watch at the Durbar of 1903? The new figures could be added to the matte Durbar if they were.

Hey Scott not far off they were at the 1911 Delhi durbar but wearing foreign service helmets the officers wore pretty much the same, highland doublet and kilt but other ranks wore the serge frock with curved fronts and gauntlet cuffs

The Gordon's were at the 1903...mmmm

Thanks for the reply John. I suspect most people wouldn't even know if they were there or not or if the uniforms were correct. I know I didn't, so I may just pop them in if funds allow.

The tailor, the lady, the beggar and Kitchener will all be shown at the Sierra Toy Soldier event next weekend. I am sure photos will follow as will a new catalog (late May).

Looks like the Indian beggar has been added to the WB website for release in August. Still no sign of the Elephant guards though

One guard got too close to the elephant, unfortunate, really, so he has had to be recreated...but seriously the pre-productions are due here in the next 3 weeks - will keep you posted. Meanwhile they are shown in the new Spring and Summer supplement.

The supplements are going out this week. The club figures will be arriving throughout the month of June - a few next week and a few toward the end of the month.
