Does anyone have many of the early thin figures from Len and the crew which first came out in the early-mid '80s ?
I have @15 Camel Corps troops (thin and delicate bayonets !) many of which were purchsed from The Stockade in PA several years back...also odds and ends on Ebay, etc...complimented by a neat gatling gun crew from Nate Fogt from Ohio.

I just seem to prefer this casting to the later, "bulky" look of Trophy...although, of course, the fab painting and detail are superb.

Hi uncled

I haven't many of the early thin figures in my collection, to be honest I was never that keen on the style, the vast majority of mine are from the late '80's through to mid 2005 when Trophy closed shop. I do have thin figures I would find it very hard to part with, they are "Dr.Watson at Maiwand" and the Tonga wagon stretcher bearers.

The early figures were available to buy as single figures, not boxed sets, allowing collectors to make up their own sets.

Can you post some pictures of your collection?

Cheers

Martyn:)
