Ebay & Insurance (1 Viewer)

I complain about USPS but today, at least for now I must report great service.
I sold a couple of CS sets on ebay to another TF member. He received them and reported there was paint chipping on one figure. Further he knew someone who could repair it for $15. I refunded the $15 and also filed a damage claim on line with USPS for the $15.
In two weeks I never heard a word from USPS but in todays mail I received from them a check for $15. Go figure!

Gary...that is a good ending to that story...I'm glad it turned out that way...I know the $15 is not that big a deal...but it's the satisfaction of the insurance working...let me know when you want to print postage on Ebay...my offer stands...

Gary,

Did you buy postage via ebay which prompts you to USPS?

Wait folks, I may soon be retracking my praise of USPS. More to come. This thread may soon be an "adults only"

I think with ebay putting up there charges again it a waste of time now selling your stuff on there
