Ebay Trouble (2 Viewers)

Hi all,
So now everything has been settled. He finally agreed to a refund, and I opned an Ebay case. So I ship it to him, and next thing I know he accuses me of purposely not checking some "gift" tab on the package, so that he has to pay a fee to pick it up. Then he says he needs to wait to pay me back a couple of days, because he has no money in his Paypal account:rolleyes2:. Obviously, I don't buy it, and will be sending out PMs to all who wanted them.

did you open the case and then send it back or did you send it back pending his promise of a refund?

If you opened an item dispute, the money has already been pulled from his paypal account. If nothing was in there, then likely it was pulled from his bank account.

You should be able to close the case out and secure your money back.

You might want to leave him a negative feedback, with all the trouble he caused. He really deserves to get one. A neutral feedback is not enough, But is better than none. Just to let everyone have some info about him, at ebay.

Ebay doesn't let you leave feedback after you open a case, so long as the person eventually pays you back
