I have noticed a lot of items on eBay with incorrect titles, descriptions, comments on rare/retired, mint, prices ???
I mostly simply assume it is a error / mistake by seller.
Examples
Mint Condition, my favorite, an item is not Mint, unless it is in its manufactured box with original packing, documents and in perfect condition. No original box, certificate, any damage to figure or box, NOT MINT.
Rare/Retired, when it is not rare or retired and available many places.
Selling price, figure selling for $77, but you can buy it direct from manufacture for $19???
Describing a figure as Frist Legion, Britain, John Jenkins or King & Country, and they are not. Each of the noted figures have some form of banding on their bases.
My next favorite, adding to the title or description other manufacture, so any search done on say First Legion comes up with all other sorts of manufactures.
Or am I being an old stick in mud............
As the saying goes, buyer beware.
Any in sights.
