Hi all

Over the next week or so i'll post some size comparison pic's of my ED Tigers with my K&C and Figarti Tigers. First up, here are some pic's of my K&C AK Tunisian Tiger with my ED DAK Tiger. They are pretty well much identical in size.

Thanks for posting these together and they do look really good together. Only the front close-up shows much variance, but only because I was intentionally looking.

Tanks for posting these comparison pics. It seems to me that except for a very small difference -almost imperceptible- in the width of the turret, they are identical in size.

Tom:

Thanks for posting some comparison pics of 2 of my favorite tanks!

I know everyone likes the Normandy and Bulge Tigers but for some reason the desert Tigers have always been my favorites.

Hi all

Here are some pic's of my Figarti DAK Tiger and ED DAK Tiger. I stand corrected from a previous thread, the two are closer in size than I first thought with the ED Tiger maybe a smidgen larger overall.

They both look 1/30 to my eye, thanks for the pictures.

Any difference in size is not visually apparent. If I had to choose between the two I would pick the ED Tiger I as the best example. The wheels and tracks are better IMO. Thanks for posting the photos Tom.

I love the K & C SL desert Tiger. I know I'm not adding much to the K & C / ED comparison discussion, but just really enjoy Tom's photos of an old favorite- thanks Tom! A big plus about the K & C set was the figures that came with it, particularly the two standing figures- great poses.

Unfortunately KnC desert Tiger tank has so many mistakes it is hard to place it on a African diorama, not a critique just a fact. Anyway figures that came with it were nice.

I was not aware of any mistakes, and just enjoy the set for what it is. Those old sets that came w/ figures were a lot of fun.

What mistakes are you referring to? The K&C Desert Tiger I was significant as it was one the first 1/30 scale Panzers released by K&C.

Sorry, but I will not waist my time listing any of the mistakes that Tiger had, I feel very few forum members will appreciate it, and after all that is a quite old set.
