Hi Michael

That would scare the passengers:eek:

This is I880, the War in Egypt hasn't started yet, tourists are still enjoying the peace and tranquility of a Nile Cruise, the nasty Mahdi and his followers haven't started revolting and Gordon hasn't even gone to Khartoum yet:D:D:D

Cheers

Hi Martyn: Great set and great photos. Don't forget the sailor with the mop. Where did the pier come from?

Hi Tommy

The large pier is from K&C and the wooden jetty is from TM Terrain, I'm very pleased you like the set up

What a grand set. Will Dorset do commissions for other collectors?
Was this a one of a kind set or can it be ordered now from them?

Hi Randy

Giles Brown at Dorset Toy Soldiers will happily do a set of Egyptians, they took around 4 weeks from ordering them to delivery. The Paddle Steamer came from Patrick Adams at the British Toy Soldier Company, I am not sure whether Patrick has any more in production at the moment but I am going to try and get in touch with him over the weekend and If I get any news I will let you know

Cheers
